A little over a month ago I noticed a '21 Road King in the 2 tone Red/ white combination on the Arkport Cycles web site. I half seriously sent them an e mail request for a quote. They got right back to me and requested photos of my trade which I sent them. A few days later I was riding home on my new King! The sales process was seamless and fair and they gave me what they quoted me for my trade despite an issue with the bike I was trading. Not long after, I took the bike in for it's 1000 mile service and found the service department as easy to deal with as sales. They got my bike in a few minutes earlier than my appointment and I was on my way in about 2 hours. I wish they were closer for future service needs.
