The day we bought the machine was a Friday and it was just before closing. The salesman was a little rushed and didn't give us much attention. We still chose the machine and put a down payment on it. However when we came back to pick it up, he went over the machine and told us more about it and showed us how things work. He did spend considerable time going over the features and the workings. The machine was cleaned up and looking great, though when we looked at it previous it was pretty dirty as it was a trade in. Thank you for an overall good experience. (Employee: Adam Swarts)
