I brought my 2023 FXLRST to Arkport for a factory recall regarding a potential issue with electrical and brake line. The Service department got my bike in immediately upon my arrival at my scheduled time and within about 15 minutes brought the bike back out and told me my bike did not have the issue. Apparently it depended on when the bike was manufactured. I laughed and said well apparently mine wasn't built on a Monday or a Friday because mine didn't have any problems! Lol I'm always treated like I'm the most important customer there whenever I visit and I would highly recommend Arkport Cycles as a place to do business with! (Employee: Ashley Eberly)
